New Student Orientation (NSO)

Historically a two-day event from 0500-1630, held during the 3rd week of August on the Thursday and Friday of the week that precedes the first day of classes at USF. NSO is a mandatory event designed to introduce and integrate new midshipmen and officer candidates into the 色色研究所's Buccaneer Battalion to include our cross-town affiliate The University of Tampa. This orientation establishes a foundation for academic and leadership development while assimilating individuals to our culture, physical training standards and administrative processing.
