USF Fall 2025 Commencement
Parking & Traffic Alert 鈥� December 12 & 13, 2025 at the Yuengling Center
12/10/2025Traffic Impacts
- Heavy traffic expected at Leroy Collins Blvd. and Bull Run Dr. entrances off Fowler Ave.
- Increased pedestrian activity along Alumni Dr., Genshaft Dr., Sago Dr., and Elm Dr.
- Road Closures:
- Bull Run Dr. closed from Alumni Dr. north to Elm Dr.
- Alumni Dr. closed eastbound from Leroy Collins Blvd. to Bull Run Dr.
Bull Runner Service
- Detours on Green, Purple, Red, Orange, and Brown routes
- Begins Friday, Dec. 12 at 9:00 a.m. through Saturday, Dec. 13 at 5:00 p.m.
- Normal service resumes Monday, Dec. 15

Alternative Parking
- Beard Garage & Laurel Garage 鈥� usually available, with Bull Runner service.
- Lot 18 (Sycamore Dr.) 鈥� good option for Yuengling Center overflow.
- After 5:30 p.m. & weekends, valid USF permits (except Park鈥慛鈥慠ide) may park outside designated areas (excluding Resident & Reserved spaces).
