Compliance with the CHIPS and Science Act of 2022
The 色色研究所 Institute of Applied Engineering, Incorporated ("IAE"), in accordance with Section 10632 of the (the "Act"), expressly prohibits any employee or student of IAE who is a "Covered Individual" as defined in Section 10638(1) from being a party to a "Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Program" as defined in Section 10638(4). Any employee or student of IAE who is a Covered Individual must complete any certification required and provide any information requested by IAE to meet the requirements of the Act.
