Audition Info for Dance Technique Classes and Productions
Current USF Students who are not BFA dance majors can audition for placement into classes that require an audition. And Dance Mainstage Production auditions are open to all current USF students.
Audition Calls for Dance Classes
Class auditions are usually scheduled for the Sunday before the Fall semester begins and for the 1st Day of classes for the Spring semester. Stay tuned for the audition form - to be posted in July for Fall Semester Classes and in November for Spring Semester classes.
These auditions for Fall 2026 will include Ballet placement, Contemporary placement, and the audition-based Jazz Dance class.
Audition Calls for Dance Mainstage Productions!
Learn more about the upcoming auditions for USF Dance Mainstage Productions through the links below. USF Fall Dance Concert and Spring Dance Concert require that the student be enrolled in a dance technique course in that semester. The BFA Dance Senior Showcase Concerts are open to ALL majors. Audition Calls for upcoming Fall productions are published in July/August and for upcoming Spring productions in November each year.
