Unlike many mobile health clinics, the offers full primary care services at no cost to patients. The 38-foot-long RV functions as a state-of-the-art mobile health center, equipped with two exam rooms, a laboratory and diagnostic center and secure vaccine storage. These tools allow nurses practitioners, alongside student nurses, to treat patients in the communities where they live.

That access can be lifesaving. In one instance, the team identified a urinary tract infection in a patient who began showing signs of septic shock. They immediately referred the patient to the emergency department, where hospital staff told him that he had arrived just in time. He later returned to the Mo-Bull unit to thank the nurses for saving his life.

Stories like this reflect the clinic’s growing influence across Tampa Bay, where it continues to expand access to care and strengthen community health.
