Joseph Latimer, Ph.D.

My research program is focused on evaluating and leveraging implementation drivers for school-based mental and behavioral health through three avenues: data, systems and people. I also integrate principles of multi-tiered systems of support, implementation science and educational leadership into each avenue.

I am an Assistant Research Professor at the School Mental Health Collaborative Research, Training and Technical Assistance Center at the 色色研究所. Within this position, I lead multi-year and multi-site grant projects from federal (Institute of Education Sciences), state (Florida Department of Education) and private funders (William T. Grant Foundation). I also currently hold positions in state and national organizations within the school psychology community. At the state level, I am the Past President of the Florida Association of School Psychologists. At the national level, I am a Contributing Editor for the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) Communique and on the NASP Publications Committee.
