Taela Cummings is a dedicated Home Visitor and Community Outreach Caseworker with the 色色研究所鈥檚 HIPPY Program. With a strong background in family engagement and healthcare, Taela is passionate about empowering parents to become their child鈥檚 first and most important teacher.

Before joining HIPPY, she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for six years, providing compassionate care and support to individuals and families across diverse settings. This experience strengthened her ability to build trust, communicate with empathy, and advocate for the well-being of others.

In her current role, Taela partners with families to promote early childhood development, school readiness, and long-term success. She values creating meaningful relationships, connecting families to resources, and helping them build confidence in supporting their children鈥檚 learning at home. 

Outside of work, Taela enjoys writing, exploring personal growth, and engaging in community-centered initiatives that uplift and inspire others.
