10/15/25 — When leaders shift their behavior too soon, employees may see it as 鈥渢oo good to be true.鈥 Instead, employees want to see gradual, natural change that occurs due to their thoughts being heard and processed.
USF Muma College of Business creates a new School of Management
Set to launch in fall 2025, the new school is fueled by its growing demand for the management major. Since 2020, the college saw management majors jump by 44%, climbing from 799 to 1,147, in just four years.
The School of Management will be the business college鈥檚 seventh school, with the six others specializing in accountancy, finance, hospitality and sport management, risk management, marketing and information systems.
